Does anyone know what size nylon screws will fit in place of the stainless ones. TIA

no, but I can suggest a alternative solution. Cover the heads up with silicon. That is what I did. Also, try some vendor sites and see if the specs tell ya.

I wouldn't use nylon. And the staneless should be fine, it is in my reef. Unless maybe the pond mags (with the longer cords) use lower-quality screws?

i have replaced mine in the past with nylon screws. they worked great. no roblems. i will see if i can find the part number somewhere and post it...
