Whats wrong with my tang?

i have a yellow tang that was heatlhy and is a fare age. One of his eyes is enlarged and looks horrible. The eye is looking red and the tang is looking discolored. Whats weird is this came about in a day or so whats happening???

Sound slike pop eye, which is a infection. He should be treated in a quarantine tank.
