130w in a 24.5g

Can I sucessfully keep sps in a 24.5g with 130w of pc lighting? If so what exactly?

I have the same lighting over a 15, and a lux meater, I am getting about 8,000-6,000 lux at the top, just under water surface, which drops off to about 4,000 toward the bottom. Of course if you have better reflectors these numbers may be far diffrent.

I would say you could only keep things like monti's and digis with good color toward the top, acros are a chance but they won't have very much color.
