Hello,

I am thinking of setting up a 10 gallon tank and just putting in a BTA and one clown fish. What type of light do you think would do best over a 10 gallon tank for a BTA?

I was thinking of a 70 watt or 175 watt MH. Would a 70 watt be enough light? Or am I better to get a 175 or even the double ended 150?

Thanks,
Chris

70w would be enough. Alot of people keep them just fine under pc lights.
Good luck, MN

Gun, a 10 gallon is not big enough for a BTA as it will quickly outgrow it and also you will have water problems with the large feedings it will need.
If you have not yet set up the 10 I would get a minimum of 20 gallon tank if you want to keep one.
OR, put one in your 55?:)
