there are two ways i believe that work for me. you feed your whole reef tank foods such as phytoplankton(i like DT's live)zooplankton, cyclopeeze, marine snow, rotifers,or daphnia.and if you want to concentrate on a type of coral you can use a turkey baster with a needle nose or since i work at a hospital i use lab pipettes. any thing that can project the food around or towards that coral which is called "target feeding". I have 2 brains and i never target feed i just feed the whole tank the only ones i do target feed is by candy cane coral because of the amount of flow.

cubanheat1,

What time of day/night do you feed the corals?

Once in awhile I will target feed my open brain. I will wait until right after I feed the other inhabitants so his tenticles are extended and then I will put mysis or squid by his mouth. within 30 seconds he has gobbled it all up. The big pig
