Elos NS 1000 video

This is the NS 1000 on one of my tanks. The skimmer is the only thing on this tank that is Elos. Well besides the food and the supplements. The videos show how I usually skim this tank. You can see how high I run the bubble column to the edge and I have to change this small cup once a day. The tank is a 187 gallon with 50 gals more in sump and refugium. I feed sparingly twice a day and I would consider it a moderate bioload, at best. Let me know if you have any other questions. Jesse

Awesome Jesse, Looks like it's working very well.
If your filling the cup with that color crap once a day it's working extremelly well. Do you perfer wet skimming?

I do prefer wet skimming. I notice when I skim dryer, I have to clean my glass ever other day. When I skim wet it is every 4-6 days. I think this is a great indicator of water quality. There is a thread about this in the SPS forum, I believe. I know I read about it awhile ago. Jesse
