When to have what lights to turn on and for how long?

I have vho, mh and moon lights.

Do the MH anc VHO lights run at the smae time?

VHO 8am to 8pm
MH 10am to 5pm
moon 8pm to 8am

Is this any good??

Yes, they should run at the same time. I run 220watts of PC for 12 hours with MH in the middle for 7 hours. Your timing looks good.
