Hardware for a 20 H

I am going to set up a 20 H. Fish, softies, and LPS. Wanted to know peoples opinions on what is best to use, but also the cheapest to buy. I was thinking about the Coralife Lunar Aqualight Deluxe Series - Double Linear Strip for the lighting. Ideas on filtration? And what protein skimmer would give me what I want?
