MH Hours

I have a mixed reef 1300ltrs
I was told to cut my MH lights back to 9 hours per day not wanting to do the wrong thing your thoughts please.

IMO, anywhere between 8-10 hours is plenty...some people even go less.

less light = less algae growth :D
