Any suggestions?

I'm in the same boat. I've decided to go with the H&S A-150-F2001 for a few reasons:

1) Same pump, larger body (6" diameter vs. 5" on Deltec). May give the edge in contact time to H&S (although I think the Deltec may use more of the cylinder height).

2) In order to dry skim, you lower the level in the H&S. With the Deltec, you cut back on the air. I would rather use the full amount of air.

3) The H&S is $160 cheaper here in the US.

From what I've read, both are really good skimmers. One benefit for the Deltec is its slightly shorter (23.5" vs 26", so it will fit in shorter stands), if that is a concern. Probably the biggest difference: do you like clear w/ black trim (Deltec) or clear w/ grey trim (H&S).

I agreed w/ BLockamon. Get the H&S. Alot cheaper, uses the same pump and should skim just as well. I actually think the H&S is designed better because it uses less of the cylinder height (pump is mounted higher), allowing water to escape from the bottom bubble free. Also note that the H&S has a smoother transition from the body to the neck. I don't own the H&S, but it's on my short list.
