Does everyone Feed Rics/yumas?

Curious as to how many of you out there feed your rics regularly (and if so what) and how many of you don't feed at all?

i do in my 2.5g pico i feed it mysis and squid

I spot feed all of my lps / softies 1x or 2x per week. I take some frozen mysis, cyclopeeze, frozen brine, and zooplankton and put them in a small glass together with a little tank water. I then use a needleless syringe to gently spray some on my corals. They close up on it and seem to like it.

yup, my quarter sized ric grew into a silver dollar sized one in about 2 weeks. its the best eater out of all my corals.

yes....mysis and rotifers. Seems to make them grow and reproduce faster.
