Nice fish! What kind of shrimp are you feeding? Any mix of meaty foods would be fine. Krill, silversides, scallops, squid, etc.

try the frozen Ocean Nutrition cubes. they are made with a gel binder, so they stay together. I cut mine into about 6 pieces and offer on the end of a bamboo skewer. since my yellow painted angler (A. pictus) has been taking the cubes, he has grown at an incredible rate, and the color has deepened to a deep orange-yellow, where he used to be a lot paler and grew slower.
you can get a variety pack of Ocean Nutrition cubes in a zip-lock bag. there are seven different kinds. I give my angler all of them, and feed 1-2 cubes at least 3X per week.
