Did I screw up my MH bulb?

Picked up some new things at the LFS. When I added them to the tank, the bag touched one of my MH bulbs and melted on the bulb.

The bulb still works but has a brown spot on it and is a little cloudy.

Is it still ok to use or should I replace it?

I would let it cool completely and then scrap the plastic off. It should come off. Try using vinegar.
