Grow out tank lighting options

Grow out tank lighting. I am getting ready to setup my grow out tank. It is a 50 gallon rubbermaid. I was planning on just a single 400 watt MH with a Ushio 10k bulb but i am open to other sugestions. The system that connects to this is pretty large so am not concerded about the heat all that much. Also keep in mind that this is a growout tank and not a frag tank. I am looking to get maximum growth in the shortest amount of time.
