Refugium Lighting?

What would be the best lighting for growing chaeto in sump/refug. will some lighting cause caeto to turn red . That's what I have been fighting. It never seems to grow. I had a home depot america light on it 24/7. It never grew. Now I have a 7100k
daylight buylb on it. It is not growing and turning red. 24/7

you need to get a handle on what ever else it is thats consuming the nutrients b4 the cheato can.................i use the hd loa light, at first mine didnt grow either but thats because i had cyano and junk growing in my returns and on my ph....................took care of that and now its growing fine....................
