I was wanting to know how many watts of light i should be running for a 75 gallon bowfront tank. dont have coral yet. But i will eventually like to start.

I run a 55 gallon and have and only have just under 150 watts and am keeping mushrooms, polyps, starburst and pumping xenia with great success.
Depends on what you want to keep.

Totally depends on what type of corals you plan on keeping but from what I gather the 'industry standard' is around 4 watts per gallon. People have gone more and less with success, I currently have about 11.3 watts per gallon and everyone in the tank seems very happy with that.
