I searched before I attempted this and got nothing. Posted a question in Reef Discussions and got no replies, but just in case it has been discussed before, I apologize... BUT...
I needed to remove the internal overflows from a 200 GAL Oceanic tank and was DREADING IT! After reading many threads about how hard it was to work a glass baffle siliconed in out of a tank, I just kept putting it off (figured the kids needed to be somewhere else so they wouldn't learn any new words! :lol: )
Anyhow, just in case anyone else has been contemplating this, the tank is glass but the overflows are ACRYLIC! It was easy as pie.
Just run a razor down both sides a bit then just a bit of good even pressure and they slipped right out.
YAY ME! :D
