Black specs on my Skunk/cleaner shrimp?

They look like black ich. I know shrimp cant get ich, but that's what it looks like. They are on his body and his legs. Very strange, I have never seen this before. Sorry no picture.

Does any one know what it might be?

"Black Ich" aka "fluke worms" that you would see on a yellow tang. Thanks for the tip. I am aware that ich is not black. Sorry cant post any pics :( It just looks like tiny black specks on the shrimp. No bumps or fuzz just black specs.

It is a disease that shrimp get that is fatal and can not be cured. If the shrimp molts the spots may go away but rest assured that they will be back.

Thanks for the response. Should I be concerned with his other tank mates? (2 tomato clowns, 1 pepermint shrimp,a couple of red leg hermits, and some snails)
