Anyone run two 39 watt T5's on an Ice Cap 3000 or a Workhorse 5?

i run 3x39 of t5ho on a workhorse 5 ballast. it works great. and i have near 15 months on my retrofit and original bulbs. i am swapping bulbs to change colors soon though..
