my question is can i use all my cc in the 29g to put into a 90g with all the water and live rock without any problems. then i will take 30g out of my 125 and the rest freshed mixed saltwater. how long before i can transfer the fish or should i use all new cc.

Use sand or nothing at all. You'll regret the use of CC down the road.

I don't think you'll have any problem reusing crushed coral (assuming that's what cc is). I would test water parameter (esp. Amonia, Nitrate, and Nitrite) and add fish when they're acceptable and stable.

Yes, u can transfer the cc. But Id recommend using a different substrate all together. Maybe research into cc vs other substrates.

You can transfer the fish right away, just remember to acclimate them for a while before they enter the new tank.

I bet you'll hear from lots of folks who will scream not to use crushed coral at all... :p

I wouldn't try to move it directly if the 29 has been set up for quite awhile. that cc is going to be loaded with nasty filth. I would, as a bare minimum, rinse it very thoroughly in some of that water from the 125 (and then dispose of it).

If it were me, I'd start with a thin layer of new aragonite sand, move the rocks and water, fill the tank with fresh saltwater and measure ammonia/nitrite for at least a few days to be sure. You shouldn't have a new cycle, but why push it if you don't have to?

I presume that there are currently no animals in the 29, only the 125?
