I do not have the controller hooked at the moment, but i have PC Interface and software. I was just looking and where it say internet updates; it found a new updated version. My question is can I go ahead and download this without the controller hooked up through the interface. Will it just update the software on the computer, and then pass along to the controller when hooked up?
Or should I go ahead and hook the controller up to the computer and download?

No need to be hooked up...

but your firewall must be turned off and you must be on main screen to register. I hope that answers your question.

So once I upgrade, when I hook up the controller I just go to update controller? Will that put all the updates I've downloaded to the computer on the controller? THANKS

I have not done it this way personally but to answer your question I had to ask A. Obsessed. They said it would work.
