FIrst Photos /w my D50

I just took these using automatic settings. I've got photoshop CS and can import the RAW into there but I'm not good with PS. Are there any guides to processing pictures in Photoshop? Also does anyone know the best way to resize a picture so I don't have to have Photobucket do the resizing for me?

There is a sticky at the top of the forum with some info about PS workflow. I normally just resize pics for the internet using the Save As for Web command in PS - you can convert to jpg or gif, resize, adjust compression, etc.
