Clam removal question

Hello. I never post in this forum but have had a few clams in my reef for quite some time. The problem in my anemone split into three not too long ago and since then it has migrated too close to my Crocea and brushes its tentacle on its mantle. I would like to relocate the clam but it been there for like 2 years and is fixed to the rock. Is there any way to remove and relocate the clam without harming it? Thanks.

You can carefully cut the byssal threads close to where it is attached and relocate it.
