How many do you have and what size are they?

If anyone wants some I have quite a few isolated in a small tank that I'm going to erdicate when I get around to it.

That looks like the 'flower' or 'tulip' anemone, I think a type of majano. They are cool looking, but can be a pest, they have a strong sting. I have used kalk paste to keep them in control in my softies tank. Just used a syringe like you get in salifert test kits to put some past on the oral disk (same procedure as killing aiptasia).

You can use a small powerhead to blow them right off the rock, they work them selves loose, then you can manually remove them. As for stinging, they don't bother anything in my tank, I have mushrooms and leathers that they climb all around and haven't had a problem yet. Maybe I'm just lucky.

These types of pest anemones don't seem to bother most soft corals but wreck havoc on sps corals.

Can't hurt to try the kalk paste but make sure that you get them to eat it or it might not work. I've heard of some folks mixing fish food in with the kalk paste to entice the anemone to eat it so you might want to give that a try.

You can mix salt water really strong and shoot it in them also

Annick is right. They seem to play fine with softies but pack a punch to hard corals.
