Does anyone have a 36in power compact they would be willing to part with? If not does anyone know where I could get one thats not to expensive.

What about a retro fit kit and a section of PVC pipe? Try ebay. "Compact Retro" -

I found some really cheap lights at www.seacorals.com...check them out. I just got mine today and it is wonderful!
