Finally got a chance to install my 1/10 HP JBJ Artica, cools my tank from 84-85 degrees keeping it 79-80 all day long. The best part is that I can't even hear it running. It's rating for a 130g and I have a 100g display plus a 35g sump. It's holding out just fine, we'll put it to the real test in 2 or 3 months when things warm up a little more in CA.

Where did you end up getting it from. I'm in the market for a chiller and I've been looking for some recomendations!
Thanks,

DO you mind me asking what pump you used? I just ordered the same chiller. Also, did you plumgb it into your sump or the tank itself?

Thanks.

I have the same chiller i love it too. When it starts it makes a very low sound, then when it warms up like two minutes it goes away.

Midiman - I have a mag 9 return (split). I just connected to the return. So no extra equimpment needed.

yeah a lot of people talk smack on jbj chiller because its made in China but 99% of the people I know who has it loves it. I'm rocking a 1/3 on a 90gal and love it. My friend who has the same 1/3 is running it on a 300gal w/ 6 250watt Mh in his garage and its kicking $$$.

I dedicated a mag 5 for the chiller. I only have 2 section in my sump, fuge and return. Water pumps out of my fuge area and then pumps back to the return. I feel this is the best way to do it because it gives the cooler water some time to mix in the return chamber before getting dumped into the display.
