It seems that, by using kalkwasser topoff and ESV-B 2 parts, I can only get alk raising with calc dropping, or the opposit.
So far, it's alk: 3.5 meq, calc : 360
before I added a double dose of alk ESV in comparaison to calcium (like 2 tbsp alk vs 1 tbsp calcium), it was alk: 3 meq, calc : 420.
Other parameters :
salinity 35ppm
phospate <0.05
nitrate non detectable with salifert test
temp 82
40 G tank + 20G sump, with Tridacna

Any idea?

The alk is fine just use Turbo Calcium to bring it up to about 420 and just drip kalk daily.

Using ESV and this calculator, you should figure out how much to dose for your desired levles:

make sure you are doing weekly or at least bi weekly water changes with properly buffered and salted waters from what you say it sounds like you would

switch your TWO PART SUPPLEMENT TO --------------------------------------C-BALANCE BY TWO LITTLE FISHIES---had kept my alk at about 11dkh and my calcium at 420 works like a dream and the more you buy at once the cheaper it is in the long run and you dont have to dose near what the bottle says just use your test kits to tweak it
