Windows XP question

I'm bad with PC's. How do I create a password to enter my side of Windows XP?

You have to do it as an "administrator" (usually the default profile), or the first one created unless it was changed.

Start Menu---> Settings---> Control Panel---> User Accounts
You should be here. Double click on the highlighted icon

Then choose the profile you want to edit.

Or press CTRL-ALT-DEL and click the "Change Password" button.

(though, now that I think about it, this may not be an option in XP Home... which I assume you're using?)
