As I was about to go upstairs to bed, I noticed my tank water was a little cloudy. Most of my snails are near the top of the tank and smoking! Alot of them are riding each other piggy back style. My skimmer is going nuts, my 2 Bubble anenomes have closed up, otherwise all coral and fish seem normal.

Are the snails doin' the nasty? Or are they melting?!? :eek2:

Luckily I always have my camera nearby for a pic.

Spawning for sure. :) One goes and the rest soon follow.

One morning my Mom woke me up and said look at this!! I noticed my Stometella snails (I never ever BOUGHT one of them, they came on something) were spawning. Looked like one was releasing eggs, and another near it was releasing sperm.

I know I have more than 2, but the other ones weren't around and I guess didn't join in. I agree, it is cool to see nature at work. And maybe I'll have a few more stomatella snails!
