OK any one who can help I really appreciate it.
My water ph is 8.1-8.3
Alk is 3.66 meq/l
Calc is at 500-520 ppm

I have just bought some c-balance and intend to use it in the future when the levels are in an appropriate range as discussed by Randy in his great articles.

what steps do i need to attain a lower calc reading without changeing alk
I have a seachem reef buffer that maintains pH at 8.3 and seachem calcium complete to make the nessasary changes.

i would guess a partial water change say 10% and continued use of the seachem buffer until the calc drops.

Any thoughts please thanks alot

Just keep maintaining the alkalinity where you want it (I recommend 2.5-4 meq/L), and the calcium will come down over time. Use the alk part of C-balance, or baking soda to do that. Then use equal parts of the C-balance when the calcium drops below 450 ppm. :)

Which Seachem buffer have you been using?

I wouldn't use it in a reef aquarium. Borate salts are not desirable in a buffer intended to replace alkalinity lost to calcification. It is suitable for a fish only.
