Lighting Question

Hi All

As my new tank and equipment evolves I am looking for ideas on this lighting set-up. First is it a logical set-up for SPS corals, and second should I get it from a manufacture or DIY?

What I am looking for is 48" 2X 150w DE (HQI) & 2X VHO or T5 Combo that I can install in my planned DIY canopy. So the MH's would be in the middle and the VHO or T5's on the outside. I would appreciate any help.

If you're going with a canopy then buy the retrofit kits. A whole lot less money. It would be hidden anyway. that light as a full fixture is a lot of cash

make a canopy and buy retro and save some money

(if the tank is deep you might want to go with 250w and can buy them used all the time)
