I want to add iron to my reef tank and i bought Kent marin iron suppliment. I see that its contains olso Managnese.
What its Managnse? and why it is important to use it?

I do not know that it is important to dose, and I'd prefer to use iron supplements without it. That said, it may be useful. It is used in many enzymes. :)

If I'm use Kent's product, how much should I dose for 180G tank. Can I just follow the direction on bottle.

Yes, just follow the directions. The iron dose is not critical as best I can tell.
