Any welding supply place should be able to refill it for you.

There is a welding supply place in Farmingdale, near Allen Blvd.
Check them out, I have refilled there a long time ago.

I've used a place in East Northport. They are very friendly and will fill it up for you in about 5 min while you wait. Good prices, also. I highly recommend them. I think they are:
Ken-Mar Fire Extinguisher Co.
168 Larkfield Rd., East Northport

There's a bottled gas guy on Commercial Street in Medford. I think it's Medford. Commercial Street crosses RT 112 about a mile north of the LIE. I don't know the name of the place, or if they fill C02.

I have been using this guy for a few years. Very reasonable but he has the tanks prefilled and will swap for yours, I have gotten new tanks and some older ones but they always work. Just call ahead to make sure someone is in. They are north of sunrise and south of vets highway

Plus, if you have a nice aluminum tank that you just paid a fortune for, they will take it, fill it, and hand it back to you in 5 min.
No tank swapping.

places to go besides welding companies:
soda distributors
fire protection services
paintball shops
beer distributors (it's good to be a regular there sometimes--lots of freebies available!)

Thanks all, I tried the guy on Lincoln Ave. Great people 10.00 to fill and he gave me an almost new tank for a rusted out old crappy one. He also threw in a couple of washers for free.
