One of my moonlights stopped working on my Coralife light. I contacted them through their website. They immediately contacted me back and in 2 days I had a moonlight in the mail, problem solved.
I give the whole experience an A++!!!!!

On a related note, I had a similar problem with TAAM (Rio) with a RIO SIEO pump. It works for a couple weeks, but then I had a partial tank crash and thought it might've been due to the new pump, so I pulled it. When I went to use it again, I noticed the ceramic shaft for the impeller was in 2 pieces. I emailed TAAM, and had a replacement within a week.

I have to give an A++ for Coralife as well.
I bought a new light fixture from them before and the cheap plastic legs broke in the first week and the light fixture hit the water. I called them up and explained what happened, and I troubleshooted only 1 ballast was damaged, they mailed me a free ballast in a week even though it was my fault. Then I bought the better swivel legs for the fixture.
