Wow, great great picture. Makes me wish to get back into reef. I had a 240 cube, had a leak and tore it all down. But a tank with your colors really makes me want to jump back in. I just keep telling myself baby steps, enjoy the build. My first one I tried to do everything instantly, did pretty good. But would never do it again. Once again NICE tank.

Your tank looks great.
I noticed a Niger Trigger in there, I had read they could be reef safe, but the LFS said that was false. Have you had any problems with your Niger Trigger in your tank? Are you aware of anyone else having success with one in their reef?
What kind of lighting to you have on the 120? I looked on your site and didn't see it there.
just took this one of our 5 week old SH tank

I know a few doing fine in fact I am not aware of any that are not. My expierence and the book Marine Fishes by Scott Michael in fact says Niger's are reef safe

tjay, what's going on in the foreground? How is that sand not lit up? Is it outside the tank?
It is a 4 inch sand beach in font of the glass
look at www.jonezing.com in the seahorse gallery to see the build out
I had to create a riser to accomodate the plumbing so since I had to build that I kust added the extra touch

Interesting touch! I've never seen that before.
And since we're all posting now, here's the latest photo of my sumpless 38g.

Do you have a pic under the reeflux 10k ?
I dont, but I will take one
I have all but decided to go back to the 12Ks I liked the color better this one is a little bluer than they were after burning in

Tjay, I am currently using the EVC 10k's and I get exceptional growth out of my corals, but the colors are not where I would want them to be. The reeflux 10k's look nice, but I think just might go with the 12k's.
