The tank should be mature. Looking good!

what do you mean by mature?? I think you're going to be limited with your coral selection with that angel in there...

I hope its mature or those fish in there are doomed. Did you watch through the ammonia no2, no3 cycle? Are they all gone. You are probably fine but testing is the only way to know for sure. 3-6 weeks is about average. How long have those fish been in there?

I think you misread it, it's a year not a month old, I had to read the first sentence twice

thats is why I was confused. The subject line says one year. The title above the picture says it was a month old?

After rereading I see it turns 1 year this month! You should be good to go! sorry for misreading

It will be 1 year old the 15th of this month. sorry for the confusion. The fish have all been together for the last 2 months-

Gregm779, the angel and the cbb's do not bother the corals

I agree, mature is sort of range and not a single point. Your tank will constantly be changing over time. I think it is no longer a new tank, but not as mature as paul B's 35 year old reef :)

I think what you are looking for is someone to say your tank is matured enough to move on. I would say that after a year and you are keeping those fish without problems you are fine. Just do not add too much new stuff at once.

This is a pic I took right at the 1 year mark of my tank so I think you should be more than fine

Looks like your PBT outgrew your tank so you decided to have him mounted!!!! Must be stressful for his tankmates to see him like that.:D

Depends on the tank, rate of LR, type of organisms, chemistry, etc. I don't think it's possible or wise to make such a blanket statement (as many often do) that a tank is 'mature' after one year. There are too many variables to take into account.

I think 'stable' might be a better word...and hopefully around the year mark things have leveled out, you are in synch with how things tend to fluctuate in your system, and levels and whatnot are pretty solidly stable for the inhabitants.

Greg you tease.
What a beautiful tank. This is one of those time where I want the owner of a tank to say, Why thanks, You just won the pick of ONE thing out of my tank.:)
I would take that yellow leather, oh yes I would;)
I would be sooooooooo happy;)

Stable is probably better, I agree. With a seasoned reefkeeper, a tank can be adequately "mature" for SPS in a month or so. Personally I'm hoping that I am "mature" enough to start adding more SPS at the 6 month mark -- with the last tank I waited a year...
