Is "Ocean Surgeon" fish its other name? If so....

Yellowish/blue/white body
blue/green fins
Max length: 30 cm
Peaceful with other fish
Good temperment in tanks with corals
Has no particular diet requirement
Scientific name: Acanthurus Bahianus
