I am in the market for a powerhead or two for my 90g fowlr tank i am setting up. I am not sure if the two nozzles coming from the overflow are enough current. If no what one is recommended to use to put in for some more movement

Not sure what you are saying. Do you have the return from your sump split with two outlets? If so it depends on what you are keeping. In a 90g I would look at about about 20x turnover or about 1800gph for most softies and LPS. If you are wanting to SPS most require a lot of flow upward of 40X turnover of more or in GPH 3600 to 5400. HTH. If you are wanting powerheads look into the tunze with controler or the new Icecap vortec pumps they are amazing as well as controlable but pricey for now at least.

yeah, the aga 90g megaflow tank splits the return nozzle into two, so you can aim them where you want, I have a mag 9.5 for return from the sump. Its going to be a fowlr tank, so no corals.. did not know if I should have more current in there for the live rock or fish.

well you want to try to keep the detrius(sp) mixed in the water so that it will flow into your sump where it can be pulled out by the skimmer (if you have one). So I would say that if you added another MJ 900(more effiecent then the 1200) you will probably be fine for a FOWLR.
