Since this is such a hot topic. And the article I read was quite lengthy.

How many Milligram do you dose and is it 24/7?

Guess I will start. I only run mine at night. And I just started using one not too long ago. Is this good?

I run mine 24/7 with 100MV. I have a redsea ozonizer with built in controller so I have a peace of mine not to overdose my tank. HTH.

Does anyone run theirs (Ozone) only at night? Is this a bad thing?

voted 24/7 only because it's on a controller and i don't know how often it's really running, but i know it doesn't run all the time.

yep, you got it correct. I only activate mine at night. And mine has controller too. Out of curiosity what is your mv value? Mine is 430-440. Guess I should ask waht is your redox?

24/7. I use 5mg per 25 gallons. can not remember where I read this but this seems to be a rule of thumb.
