Typo? Missing reference?

In your April article, you have the following:
"This is as far as I can go using Veron (2001)."

Is this a typo, or is the reference not listed?

Nice bit of work it is. Here is another question for you though...
Assuming that you can narrow the Montipora species down to one of the four, how can you determine if their habitats are different?

Yeah, Mike...sorry. That should be Veron 2000.

I would use various primary and secondary sources to get an idea of their known range and see if any have specific information related to ecological distribution. These sources could be many, from Corals of the World, to the Ecology of Indonesian Seas Volumes, to species revisions, to surveys of various reef areas, etc. Trying to find that sort of information, for me, has always been a needle in a haystack, and I usually come across these type articles inadvertently while looking for other things.

Another good source, unfortunately, are little local bookshops on various islands or airport gift shops or local dive shops. They usually have local publications that are quite valuable. I have found such books or field guides almost everywhere I have gone.
