Assuming you mean London UK (I think there's a London in America), here are my personal favourites:

Tropicals and Marines http://www.tropicalsandmarine.co.uk/

Their website is being re-designed, but still has directions. An extremely friendly shop with 3 huge coral tanks and a number of seperate frag tanks, live rock curing tanks etc. My personal London favourite by far. Often get some unusual species (saw an upside down jellyfish there last week!

Aquatic Design Centre http://www.aquaticdesign.co.uk/catalogue.php

Have a large number of coral tanks and frag tanks, with some unusual species, also stock a lot of hardware, but I have generally found the staff less than helpful, and a number of the frags have aptasia on them which, while easy to get rid of in a q.tank, always strikes me as indicitive of less than perfect care? May still be worth a look in addition to Tropicals and Marines as it is right by the tube.

There's also a coral and liverock wholesalers somewhere near East Dulwich (London tube stop), but I've never gone/had reason to go. Will try to find the link.

Blessaður

I'm located in Iceland too and was wondering what papers are needed and where did you get them.

Sometimes it's easier to hand pick the corals and have them sent to you via the shop. That way you don't need a cites permit. Then again the shops might not ship outside the UK.
