Drain?

I just hooked up my rodi and there is a problem. It seems like it is all going out the drain. I think the setup is alright. It also has a drinking station on it. Does it have to fill up the 4 gallon tank first? Then beable to run. A little came out of the pure but. That is about it. It is a six stage anyone wan to help me out.

Also My membrane was leaking and I went to take it out but it didnt come out. It is like stuck. Why is the cardboard wet and the expand did I put it in backwards?
