These seem like good ballasts, why were you selling, want to ship, and do you use paypal?

No they don't have the timer option

AIMFish-
Unfortunately, I'm not shipping but I would take paypal. I just don't need them. Thanks for asking.

Mike,

Here is a picture of the two ballasts hooked up to my fixture that I took last night after we talked.

I prefer people to stop by my apartment to pick stuff up so they can see it working before they take it. I didn't have a problem dropping it off but if your not going to hook up the ballasts for sometime I can't be responsible if something happens to them because they are no longer is my possesion. As you can see the ballasts have no dents on them and you are more than welcome to stop by my apartment tonight and we can hook them up to the fixture again so you can see them working.

As far as I understand it, the bluewave IV HQI can run,

" • HQI/MH 250 ballast will run HQI double-ended MH lamp, mogul base HQI lamps and standard mogul base lamps "

and I got this info of the SLS website at, http://www.sunlightsupply.com/aquarium/products/ballasts.shtml#bw4

And as you can see from the SLS picture on this thread and what I told you on the phone, you need SLS powercords to plug in the fixture.
