RK-1 issues

I have read the forum prior to buying a ReefKeeper, and had knowledge of the issues concerning the unit resetting when certain ballasts are used. Well, after only a week of use, whenever my MHs turn on the ReefKeeper trip my GFCI circuit and shuts everything off. So, my question is what ballasts actually work on this system without shutting things down? I use IceCAP and ReefFanatic e-ballasts. Also if this is unable to to be resolved does DA take returns and refund your money. Other than that issue I like the product. Does RF-2 actually address this issue?

There have been a few customers that have seen this when using a GFIed outlet. The RK is fused, and in the past there has been no issues when the GFI was removed. Try that and see if the resetting continues, most found that it didn't
