is my bubble coral gonna die?

I have a bubble coral that seems to be ok but the soft tissue is receding from the skeletal base. I had the same thing happen to my torch and it died. will my bubble die too?

I had a bubble do the same and it did......check your water. Alk, ph, Nitrates etc could be making it unhappy.

I agree with dots,when you have an issue,any issue always advise us (the reader) that your perameters are fine,if your not sure post the numbers you got on your tests so as a collective youll be sure your getting more educated guesses and hopefully fixes. Once we can rule out water differentials we can go from there.Let us know ;)

if it is losing soft tissue can it grow back

Only if at the very least the situation that was causing it to receed has subsided and past, and its needs are now being met.
