I tried this one with manual focus. Wish i could have gotten more detail, but was tough with all the cloud cover we had.

you could get that close if you had a lens that will go to 560mm like he does :)

560mm won't get you anywhere near that close.

This is a non cropped shot @ 800mm (1280mm effective)
