A little upset

Ordered my Build it yourself MH/VHO kit very early 3/13. Called 3/13 for order status, VHO bulb was not in stock. Expecting bulb next day, would ship next day. Called today, 3/15 for order status. Bulb still not in stock, the company that makes the bulb has not even shipped them. The guy on the phone said it usually takes 3-4 days for the bulb to get to them. So, now I'm expecting my setup around the 25-28. Very poor communication. I had to call to find out what was going on, no one would call or email me.

I've heard good things about Hellolights, and I made a big purchase (a big purhcase in my mind) of 580 bucks. At this point I would have to say that I am unhappy and would have a very hard time recommending them to others.

Sorry for the hold up on your order. This is a rare occurrence with us. I know that that doesn’t change anything for your particular situation however…

Please know that we have located some of the VHO lamps with another distributor and we will be shipping your order today or tomorrow at the latest. I have also upgraded your shipping to 3 day select (at no charge) so you can look for the order to arrive to you on Monday. I hope this makes you feel better.

I really appreciate the trouble you've gone through. You have definately made this right. Thanks guys. Hellolights is okay in my book.
