That would depend on what you have in the tank and what else you are feeding the tank.

I have a bunch of sps frags, lps, and some softies. As far as feeding my tank phyto, i have not started. What do you exactly mean by "feeding your tank?"

If you have a big skimmer I would try 1 cube every other night or 1/2 cube every night. I usually do 2-3 per night when I remember but I have a very big skimmer. If you start to develope signs of excess nutrients, cut back.
