Just wanted to say thanks to Brian for a great order and great Customer Service. I ordered a part from him for an upgrade about a month ago. I spoke with him about what I was planning on doing and he gave me some good feedback. Packaging was excellent (everything was double wrapped in bubble wrap). He remembered all of the small extra pieces that we had discussed. I had a few qeustions before the install so I decided to try the online help. I had a response within a few hours. Then I got another e-mail a week later to check back on how the install went and ensure that I was happy. Great job on cs Brian. I hereby label you "highly recomended." :D
