Hello,
What is the reccommended flow rate for the A150-F2001 on a system with approximately 150 gal. total?

UP to 225 gph, but generally I would run about 200gph.

since Im running the skimmer in sump for now, do you have a suggestion for a small pump that will give me 200 to 225 gph at about 1 foot head pressure?

Since this is only temporary. Maxi-Jet 900 is inexpensive & low energy consumption. If your feed tubing is not longer than 2ft, this is a great little powerhead.
